I did these by hand, I used a gluestick. I was fun, It felt like kindergarten.

Satoshi Kon
Today I found out that Satoshi Kon had died. He passed away on August 24, 2010. He’s been dead for almost a year and I had no idea.
He was only 46.
Satoshi Kon was one of my favorite directors. He made so many things that I love (Paranoia Agent, Paprika, Tokyo Godfathers). I never even considered that he could be dead. I just assumed that he was out there somewhere; making another movie or a TV show.
I think I need to go take a walk for a while. It’s late but I can’t sleep.

Enough Already
http://www.oprah.com/own-enough-already-peter-walsh/Enough-Already-with-Peter-Walsh-OWN-TV
This TV show is filming an episode at my school. They came to my dorm room because my roommate asked them to feature us. Unfortunately they didn’t want to film us because are room was to neat. Man, if I was more of a slob I could have been on TV…
To be honest, though, I don't really care about being on TV. I was just hoping we would get paid for letting them film our room. I really need some more cash. I Should get a job, but I don't know anywhere near by that's hiring. Also I'm pretty busy with summer school.

It didn't work.
At all.
It was not a good day and the day after that wasn't good either.
But there's always tomorrow.

What is this nonsense?
Man, I can’t seem to get motivated about anything lately. Not writing, not drawing, not nothing. Which is a bad thing because I really need to focus on passing my summer school classes so I can get my degree. Well, I’m sure it’ll work out in the end. Things usually do.

Poorly drawn marine mammals
Here are some marine mammals I drew with my left hand:
I saw the new “Red Riding Hood” movie a few days ago. That has nothing to do with marine mammals, but I’m going to talk about it anyway. It was bad, but in a funny way. It was (obviously) kind of like the twilight movies which are also hilariously awful. I went with a friend and laughed pretty hard (we were more or less the only people in the theater, so I don’t think we ruined anybodies good time).
I hear there’s a whole slew of “dark, remained fairytale” movies coming out soon. If they’re all as hilariously awful as this one then I have no problem with that.

Mars Needs Moms: Why?
On the one hand I hate it when people judge a movie/tv show/book I like without seeing/watching/reading it first. You can't know for sure if you like/hate something without trying it.
On the other hand I am a complete hypocrite because I judge various forms of media without first engaging in them all the time.
Take for example this movie:

Take for example this movie:
“Mars Needs Moms” looks kind of terrible; kind of real terrible. The kind of terrible that makes you wonder why it was made. None of the jokes in the trailer were funny, all of the characters seemed irritating, and the humans are all animated with faces that look incredibly creepy (much creepier than the Martians).
This movie cost 150 million dollars to make so clearly someone, somewhere, thought it was a good idea. I just can’t figure out why.
Well, whatever. I don’t want to spend 10$ on a ticket to be proven right/wrong about this movie being bad. I guess it will forever remain a mystery to me.

I think I’m okay with that.

Obscure Animal Facts 3
Welp, I fail at blog maintenance. But In my defense I’ve been busy! With school, and work, and um…video games…and…yeah I have no real excuse I’m just lazy.
Just got back from spring break. I swear my school has Spring break at the weirdest time (does the end of February even count as spring?). I had fun though; I hung out with some old friends and got to go to the rodeo where I rode a mechanical bull.

It was a nice break.

I'm back, what a TWIST!
Aw geez, it's been a long time.
Time for me to draw some comics that are original and thoughtful.
But first here are two strips about how M. night Shyamalan makes dumb movies (Spoilers) that contain twists:

Yes, this joke certainly hasn't been done a million times before.

Sad Post
I missed an update on Friday. That makes me sad. In order to express this sadness I drew a picture of an unhappy alien. Behold!
Yup, that's some quality sad right there. Must suck to live on such a tiny planet. But then The Little Prince never complained and his planet was even smaller. Of course the The Little Prince ended up killing himself, so, yeah....

Random Sketches
Today I'm going to post some random sketches
Next we have some sort of plant man. And finally there's a guy with a lazy eye playing the Piano. His name is Vivian.
School has been going well so far (or at least I think so, it's hard to tell when the first week isn't even over yet), but it looks like I'm going to have a bulbious ton of writing/reading to do. I supose that's to be expect when you take mostly english based classes.
First up we have a fat unicorn, a robot, and a cute little couple with dead soulless eyes

Hello 2011! Have some sexy skeletons
Welp, the holiday season is over and I’m finally finished with my seasonal traveling and cleaning. Time to get back to school/posting on the internet.
Happy belated new year! Have some sexy skeletons!
Now you may be wondering why I’m posting pictures of these lovely bags of bones. Well, a friend of mine and I were discussing the recent trend of “supernatural teen romances” and she expressed disappointment that none of them featured skeletons. She suggested that it was because, unlike creatures such as vampires, it’s impossible to make skeletons “sexy”. So I drew these to prove her wrong!
I think they turned out kind-of-okay, but I don’t think it’s going to start a trend…
…Skeletons just can’t do a shirtless scene the way a werewolf can.
Note: I wanted to post these on wedesday, but for some reason I couldn’t get blogspot to load. I plan on posting regularly on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday this year. It's going to be fun on a bun!
